Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Add tomatoes and olive oil to a small baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until tomatoes are beginning to burst. Set aside to cool.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente, 2-3 minutes. Drain.
Add Carbone Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce and to a skillet and bring to a simmer. Add noodles and cook for 1 minute, stirring to coat fully with sauce.
Top the pasta with burrata and garnish with fresh basil and a generous pinch of OSMO x Carbone Tomato Basil Sea Salt. Serve and enjoy!
