Ingredients

1 lb of chicken breasts, pounded and butterflied

½ cup of Flour

Juice of 2 lemons

¼ cup of white wine

1 small shallot, diced

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp cream

1 sprig of rosemary, finely chopped

Parsley, for garnish

Lemon slices, for garnish

Pinch of Osmo’s Lemon Rosemary Sea Salt
Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and dredge in flour.
Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
To the same pan, add the butter and shallot and saute for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the white wine and reduce for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cream, lemon juice and rosemary to the reduced sauce and cook for 1 more minute. Pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish with lemon, Osmo’s Lemon Rosemary Sea Salt, and parsley.
