On high heat, sear the pork shoulder in a cast iron skillet. Season with salt.
Add the pork shoulder and all listed ingredients (not including tortillas and garnishes) to a slow cooker on low for 5-7 hours, until cooked through. Shred with 2 forks.
Add the pulled pork to hard tortilla shells and garnish with cilantro, cabbage, limes and Osmo’s Smokey Chipotle Sea Salt . Enjoy with your favorite toppings like guacamole and salsa.
